Earlier this month Tom Rogers, the Australian Electoral Commissioner, gave a virtual address to the 2020 Australian Public Service Graduate Data Forum.
Tom spoke on the topic of ‘Modernising the Australian Electoral System: What Might Your Voting Experience be Like in the Year 2030?
During his address, Tom talked about Australia’s electoral journey, innovations and successes, and the mythical ‘silver bullet’ that is electronic voting.
